This was worked up from a photo of Christian ( of The Tailing Loop ) on our trip to the Davidson River last year. Christian caught quite a few nice browns that day and I thought this one would make a great modern piece. Luckily, this one fell into place in a little over an hour’s worth of work. One day, when we have the money, I plan to have alot of these printed out in a 16 X 20 size. I love fly fishing art, and I really like my art to be on a grand scale. File size usually limits you to something in the 16 X 20 range though, after it’s run through the ringer like this. There may be a way to work around that, but I haven’t found it yet. I’ve shared this one before I think, but it really does make me long for summer again. Is winter over yet? I hear the brown trout calling…

that looks pretty awesome. I especially like the effects you used on the trout.

Almost went too far with it though. Kinda looks like a loaf of colorful bread. :) LOL
